Well if you are seriously reading this then you are thinking about buying an engagement ring online instead of the traditional option of going to the local jeweler. Well honestly I commend your choice, because nowadays buying online is a much cheaper and better option than going to a local store. You have much bigger selection, you can even design your own ring and you can do all this for a fraction of the price. Even if for some reason I was to decide to buy a ring at a local store I would always go online first to compare prices, because to be honest many local stores like to rip people off.

JamesAllen- This is a famous store for all types of diamond jewelry and you can find a great selection of engagement rings on it. I personally recommend them.
Zoara- This is a famous engagement ring store which offers some great deals on engagement rings which you can actually design yourself. Quite cool!

Honestly I think your best option is to go to Amazon.com first because there is such a huge selection of rings from different stores there that you can really get a feel for the prices and what is on offer online. I like to search for a specific type of ring (for example asscher cut engagement rings) on Amazon and then see how they are priced compared with James Allen and Zoara.
