Don’t like too much bling? Well then maybe you should choose from some simple engagement rings. However, just because they may look simpler does not mean they may be cheaper or less splendid.
What is simple?
There is no classification for what constitutes something simple, however in my mind i immediately think smooth lines, something not very intricate and maybe a solitaire centerpiece stone. So what types of engagement rings fall into such a category? In the following I am going to give you some examples of engagement rings which I think are beautiful and simple.

Simple diamond solitare engagement rings
Simple does not mean cheap and this example will prove that beyond any doubt. A solitaire diamond with a nice silver or gold metal band will not be cheap, but it will be very simple and elegant. The great thing about such a ring is the fact that the rings setting will not take the eyes away from the most important part of the ring , the center peice diamond, like others may do (for example micro pave). If you are looking for the most simple thing possible, then a round diamond cut is probably your best choice. This may not be cheap, but it also does not have to be expensive either, it all depends on the combination of materials you choose. Is the diamond man made or natural? What carat is it? What shape is the diamond? Is the band made from silver, gold, rose gold or white gold? All these factors will add up and decide whether it is a cheap engagement ring or an expensive engagement ring.
Other choices besides diamonds
Nobody says that your centerpiece stone has to be a diamond either, nowadays there are many different gemstones to choose from. Sapphire, ruby, opal, aquamarine and others make great choices for anyone after a simple engagement ring. You don’t have to buy an engagement ring which has a centerpiece stone either, there more and more non traditional engagement rings which don’t have them.
